You will develop detailed estimates for stairs, railings, structural steel, and architectural metals, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
You will perform quantity takeoffs with Bluebeam and Excel, build complete project costs, visit sites, verify codes, solicit subcontractor pricing, and guide bid strategy
