Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and reliable General Construction Workers to join a growing team supporting the assembly of innovative prefabricated housing solutions. In this hands-on role, you will contribute to the construction of modular housing structures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction, carpentry, drywall, or insulation experience who are looking to grow their skills and work with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated housing components, including wall panels, drywall, and insulation.
• Perform general carpentry and construction-related tasks.
• Safely operate hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, saws, and other construction equipment.
• Read and follow layouts, measurements, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate installation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in at least one of the following:
  Carpentry
  Drywall Installation
  General Construction
  Insulation Installation
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain production pace and quality standards.
• Comfortable performing physical work, including standing for extended periods, lifting materials, bending, and repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, modular construction, or residential construction.
• Ability to read basic measurements, blueprints, or layouts.
• Experience working in a production-driven environment.
