Photographer​/CIT Coordinator

Take high quality photographs at all different activity areas and of every camper each week. Ideally, capture unique and exciting new moments/memories. Also capture group photographs for each camper group.

• Coordinate with senior leadership on best method and timing to release photographs to camper families and produce photos as discussed—ideally at least twice per week.
• Coordinate with marketing team on best method and timing to release photographs to public at large and produce photos as discussed—ideally at least once per week.
• Coordinate with marketing team to produce any specific photographs or videos they may need.
• Oversee Counselor In Training (CIT) program, greeting CITs, setting goals with them, producing set responsibilities or activities to help them meet those goals, and helping them evaluate their goals.
• Assist CITs in getting connected at camp to increase the likelihood they'll return to camp.
• Assist senior leadership team in evaluating and improving the CIT program.
• Assist in setting up connection points for CITs after their camp session to get feedback and encourage them to return.
• Assist senior leadership team in setting up connection points, including categorizing and labeling camper, CIT and counselor photos, to promote connection after camp.
