Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive & Content Developer to manage, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, and Google Business Profile. The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing engaging content (text, banners, videos), posting with SEO optimization, and boosting visibility through creative campaigns.
Responsibilities Social Media Management- Handle day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter (X), You Tube & Google Business Profile (GMP)
- Schedule content using tools and ensure timely posting (especially by 5:30 PM)
- Plan and execute weekly content calendars and campaigns
- Share posts in relevant groups to maximize reach
- Monitor trends and suggest content hooks and formats (reels, stories, carousels)
- Write engaging, SEO-friendly captions, post copy, blog content, and ad copies
- Create content briefs for banners, reels, and video edits
- Develop content for client promotions, email campaigns, and blog posts
- Track post engagement and reach; suggest improvements
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team for timely deliverables
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In algorithm changes
- Support ad team with creative inputs for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and You Tube Shorts
- Coordinate with video shoot teams for reels and product video schedules
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation
- Good understanding of platform-specific best practices
- Proficiency in using Canva, ChatGPT, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO basics and keyword research for social media
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong English writing and grammar skills
- Basic video editing or reel creation experience
- Creative thinking and visual storytelling ability
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries is a plus

Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator — Krita Technosolutions is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator with strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Google Web Designer
. You will be responsible for designing high-impact visuals, promotional banners, social media creatives, brand assets, and short-form video edits for clients and internal campaigns.
- Design social media banners, posters, infographics, brochures, and ads
- Develop brand identities including logo design, color palette, and visual guidelines
- Create marketing materials for digital and print (flyers, event materials, etc.)
- Design UI elements and web graphics as needed
- Edit promotional videos, reels, and You Tube shorts
- Create motion graphics and animated intros using Adobe After Effects
- Add subtitles, transitions, and brand overlays
- Google Web Designer (for display ad creatives)
