We are a local State Farm Insurance agency in search of a licensed Customer Service Representative. The perfect candidate is a positive team player who works with integrity, focus and the ability to maintain a calm, highly organized workflow in a very active, team environment.

• Outbound phone calls to maintain customer accounts
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Maintain customer accounts in a highly organized manner
• Utilize exemplary communication skills to quickly and efficiently meet the needs of customers

• Maryland Insurance Licenses Required
• Dedicated to customer service
• Dedicated to being well-organized
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
• Excellent phone skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Bilingual (Spanish)
