Brody Brothers Pest Control in Owings Mills, MD is seeking mature, helpful, and conscientious individuals who love helping customers as part of an office-based (onsite) call center with approx. twelve team members. Our ideal candidate is bubbly, enthusiastic, and thrives in a fast-paced, no-drama environment. Our customers depend on Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to give clear, detailed, helpful, and easy to understand information in response to their inquiries while making the process of getting onsite assistance seamless for the customer.

Day-to-day tasks include scheduling service appointments, communicating with field technicians, and explaining our services to prospective customers and starting them on service. Additionally, some of our customer service team work on our schedule and route the technicians through their day, so if your strengths lie in technology, you may eventually find yourself on our back office functions team!

Customer Service Representatives start at $18 per hour and the work schedule is 40+ hours per week,
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM OR 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Sundays during our busy season.
No Saturdays ever!
