Overview

Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is growing—and we’re looking for energetic Call Center Agents to be the voice of our company! If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love delivering excellent customer service, this is the place for you.

Our Call Center Agents handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting current and potential customers while creating a professional, positive, and friendly experience every time.

Your Schedule
  • Tues–Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

  • Every Sunday & Monday off (your guaranteed weekend!)

  • Rotating Saturdays required

Responsibilities What You’ll Do
  • Be the first impression for our customers by answering inbound calls with professionalism and care

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule appointments and follow-ups

  • Use proven call scripts while keeping conversations authentic and natural

  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in our system

  • Partner with dispatch and management to ensure smooth communication

  • Book appointments at a high conversion rate

  • Escalate customer concerns when needed

  • Strive to meet and exceed productivity goals while maintaining top-tier customer service
