Service Master Supervisor Position

Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to Service Master standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.

Responsibilities include training cleaners on Service Master's standards, products, processes and procedures; overseeing staff performance and ensuring all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule; performing inspections and giving constructive performance feedback to staff members; assigning shifts and making necessary adjustments in case of call off or no shows; responding to customer complaints and requests in a timely and caring manner;

ensuring compliance with safety and OSHA regulations; communicating in English, bilingual is a plus; and covering open shifts as needed.

Physical demands and qualifications include constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching; ability to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs; 1-2 years' supervisory experience; willingness to learn; ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job; contributing to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude; and having a working vehicle.
