Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates

Document customer interactions accurately within company systems

Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction

Partner with internal departments to resolve complex customer concerns

Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and current promotions

Deliver a positive, professional experience with every customer interaction

What We're Looking For Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
