• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and billing questions
• Process insurance claims and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  
  Identify and pivot to multi-line insurance opportunities to meet client needs

• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (required), State Farm Experience a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
• A strong sense of urgency—ensuring timely and efficient service
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Team player who takes ownership and contributes to collective success
