Project Engineer (Project Design Coordinator)

As a Service Coordinator (Project Engineer), you’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes expert ensuring our custom closet projects are engineered, prepped, and ready for flawless installation. You’ll work closely with our design, manufacturing, and installation teams to keep projects moving and customers happy. In this role, you will:

• Use Cabinet Vision software to prepare and process custom closet designs
• Export and convert design files (e.g., Closet Pro to CSV), confirm wall dimensions, and prep jobs for production
• Review approved jobs for buildability and installation requirements
• Coordinate special order items and ensure timely production prep
• Support field teams with real‑time problem‑solving during installations
• Occasionally visit job sites to take measurements or verify specs

• 1+ year of CAD experience
• Familiarity with Cabinet Vision (preferred, not required) or AutoCAD (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort with software tools and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight

• Closet installation or custom cabinetry
• Residential remodeling or home improvement
• CAD drafting or technical design
• Closet Factory or similar companies (a plus!)

This is not a traditional engineering role — it’s ideal for someone with hands‑on installation experience who’s also tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented.
