We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine, Internal Medicine Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner.
We proudly support J-1 Visa Waiver applicants and offer comprehensive guidance throughout the entire process.
🔹 Position Highlights- Our site is located in a designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) making it eligible for J-1 Conrad 30 waivers.
- The position also qualifies for federal and state loan repayment programs
- Outpatient Primary Care and shared, Inpatient Long-Term Care/Rehab duties

- Deliver ~32–36 hours/week of direct patient care (waiver-compliant)
- Manage acute visits, chronic diseases, preventive medicine, and wellness care
- Collaborate with our care team to maintain high-quality standards
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine
, Internal Medicine physician, and/or NP - Eligible for Maryland medical license
- Physicians and Nurse Practitioner’s strongly encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
