Requirements:
Experience treating patients with multiple chronic conditions
Commitment to population health and evidence-based medicine
Willingness to see patients of all ages (newborns to geriatrics)
Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach
Participation in an ACO and Maryland Primary Care Program with a focus on exceeding quality goals
Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
Full, unrestricted Maryland Medical License or willingness to obtain one Federal DEA clean record
