Life Bridge Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice in Westminster, Maryland
. This hospital-employed role offers full-time outpatient care, no weekend clinic hours, and a minimal telephone-only call rotation, with an established and diverse patient panel, experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, ambient listening technology, and mentorship for physicians early in their careers.
- Build a long-term outpatient practice with an established patient panel. You will care for a diverse patient population while working in a hospital-employed primary care practice rather than building a practice from the ground up.
- Protect your time outside the clinic. The practice has no weekend clinic hours and a minimal telephone-only call rotation, supporting the work-life balance of an outpatient physician.
- Spend more time with patients and less time documenting. Ambient listening technology is available to help reduce documentation time and support a more efficient clinical day.
- Start with experienced clinical support. You will work alongside board-certified physicians, experienced Advanced Practice Providers, and dedicated clinical and administrative staff.
- Grow with structured support. Graduating residents and experienced physicians can access comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term professional growth within Life Bridge Health Medical Group.
- Own a panel of primary care patients by providing outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care across a diverse patient population and building long-term patient relationships.
- Keep care moving efficiently by working with experienced physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and dedicated clinical and administrative staff throughout the outpatient care process.
- Extend your clinical capacity with available technology by using ambient listening technology to reduce documentation time and support more focused patient interactions.
- Drive continuity of care through an established outpatient practice model that allows you to focus on primary care rather than inpatient responsibilities.
- Build your practice with support through collaboration with experienced clinicians and access to onboarding and mentorship, particularly for physicians transitioning from residency to independent practice.
- Maryland medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration, and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certification
, or eligibility to obtain. - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

- $240,000 guaranteed base salary
