WVUHS Medical Group seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. The successful candidate will practice in Oakland, Maryland.

Successful candidates will provide comprehensive and continuous care, offering preventative care, treating acute and chronic illness, managing medication and coordinating care with specialists.

Successful candidates must have an MD or DOdegree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a state medical license. Applicants must have completed an accredited residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds.

Applicants must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine,Internal Medicine or Med-Peds. All qualifications must be met atthe time of appointment.

This Primary Care physician is needed to serve under a grantawarded to a Faith Based Mission-driven Clinic in poverty-strickenarea of Oakland, Maryland with a significant homelesspopulation.
