PHILLIPS Programs is a private nonprofit day school for children with emotional and behavioral needs. We are recruiting committed and dedicated staff that want to work in a supportive, collaborative and dynamic environment. PHILLIPS Programs are offering signing bonuses to Special Education Teachers. We are recruiting Special Education Teachers for SY 2023 - 2024. Our schools are located in Laurel, Maryland, Annandale and Fairfax, Virginia.

• Virginia or Maryland Special Education license or willing to pursue licensure immediately
• Experience with students with Autism and social and emotional needs in a school setting preferred
• Hold a BA degree
• Experience working in the special needs environment (learning and behavioral needs)
• Passion and dedication to students and the classroom
• Enjoy working with a team
• Great references from previous employers
