Overview

Little Flower Catholic School in Great Mills, Maryland is hiring a Classroom Aide for the 2‑year‑old class. This full‑time role (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30 am–5:30 pm) reports to the Principal and offers $15.00 per hour plus excellent benefits.

• Support Catholic beliefs, traditions and practices; lead and encourage prayer in the classroom.
• Assist in planning and delivering instruction that aligns with Archdiocese standards; prepare lesson plans and teaching aids.
• Grade, record and assess student work; administer assessments and make‑up work.
• Maintain a positive learning environment, enforce classroom procedures, and set high expectations for achievement.
• Communicate regularly with the classroom teacher; produce weekly reports for small‑group instruction.
• Perform non‑instructional duties such as carpool, recess, lunch, substitution, sponsor clubs and attend after‑hour events.

• High School diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of child development and supervision.
