We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to lead design and execution of solar infrastructure projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other
  • Design and prepare deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize strong organizational and scheduling skills to track project progress and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information and ensure project compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain permits, approvals, and clearances for project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in engineering techniques and technologies.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying future collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, permitting processes, and design standards.
  • Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and methods.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (AEC Industry).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring engineering projects.
  • Project management experience with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Education

Master’s degree in a related field.

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Pre‑employment drug screening and background check required; motor‑vehicle checks may be required.
