Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience for our DC Metro office. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic firm. The successful candidate will work closely with our business development team and other discipline leads to develop technical proposals and will take a proactive role in marketing and business development.

This role offers the opportunity to help build and mentor a dedicated team of engineering professionals within a collaborative multidiscipline office and to work directly with clients providing consulting services.

The candidate should have experience providing engineering for HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and coordinating multifaceted projects, and should value high standards of performance and collaborative teamwork.
