Our client is seeking a Microelectronics Engineer with expertise in semiconductor fabrication. You’ll be responsible for process development, failure analysis, and product development in areas such as metal and dielectric deposition/etch, photolithography, and advanced packaging. You will work with a variety of materials and processes to create and sustain cutting‑edge semiconductor technologies.

• BS and eight (8) years of related experience
• Expertise in semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging
• Experience in physical/chemical vapor deposition, dielectrics, metals, and dry/wet etch processing
• Proficiency with photolithography, failure analysis, semiconductor metrology, and CMP
• Knowledge of FEOL/BEOL, semiconductor product development, and process control
• Experience in fabricating superconducting devices
• FACTS experience is preferred
