CNO - Test Engineer - Web, System, Agile

Test software following a formal automated testing method using various telephony and networking hardware spanning multiple hardware platforms. Generate test cases based on defined requirements and product functionality. Perform baseline, system, and regression level testing in support of research and development efforts. Analyze large log data sets and software test data while documenting results in a clear and concise manner. Create test documents such as test plans, requirements verification traceability matrices, and test summary reports, and provide analysis of test procedures.

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

• Five (5) years of experience as a test engineer developing or executing test scripts and analyzing results while performing system testing of complex systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong web application testing experience.
• Ability to lead and take ownership/responsibility.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer service mentality.
• Ability to design, oversee, and perform software testing.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile software issues tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trac, Redmine).
• Ability to work independently and explore options.
• Experience in the development of test documentation such as test plans, procedures, and test reports.
• Ability to work as part of a team environment.

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $175,000 - $260,000.
