• Manage the technical condition and maintenance of assigned vessels, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Coordinate shipyard repairs, drydockings, and technical services with regional vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with class, flag, and international maritime regulations, including IMO standards.
• Monitor technical budgets, performance metrics, and maintenance schedules to optimize vessel uptime.
• Conduct vessel inspections and participate in audits to verify adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with global technical and operations teams to maintain consistency in standards and procedures.
• Support emergency repairs and troubleshooting activities to minimize operational disruptions.

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Superintendent or Port Engineer in international maritime operations.
• Strong knowledge of IMO regulations, class requirements, and international maritime standards.
• Experience working with Asian shipyards and regional suppliers is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Asia‑Pacific region as needed.
