ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our Mid‑Atlantic Facilities team in Hanover, MD. In this role you’ll oversee projects related to building enclosure consulting and/or structural systems. If you have a strong technical background and proven leadership skills, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will work primarily in the Greater Baltimore region and across the mid‑Atlantic states, actively engaging with senior leaders to develop local and regional business strategy, create new service lines, drive innovation, recruit talent, and develop client relationships.

• Consulting services for the built environment including, but not limited to, specialized building enclosure and/or structural testing, building enclosure and/or structural consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and design of repairs to existing structures
• Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region
• Overseeing projects related to:
• Building enclosure testing, assessment and commissioning
• Structural forensic investigations and analysis
• Performing technical report reviews
• Preparing and reviewing proposals
• Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
• Leading and coaching junior staff members
• Performing responsibilities at regional level

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin‑Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE

The expected pay range for this role and location is $105,000 - $150,000/year. The final agreed‑upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
