Project Developer – 27/10/2025

We are currently looking for a Project Developer who will lead the development of renewable energy projects (solar, storage, or hybrid) from origination through financial close.

• Lead full project lifecycle from site identification to ready‑to‑build stage.
• Manage due diligence, feasibility studies, environmental and technical assessments.
• Secure land rights, permits, and grid interconnection approvals.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, and construction teams.
• Negotiate with landowners, utilities, regulators, and community stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Support PPA and offtake contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and identify new development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in renewable project development.
• Proven record delivering utility‑scale renewable or storage projects.
• Strong understanding of permitting, grid connection, and energy markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
