* 1+ year of experience in engineering field
* Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets
* Experience with continuous monitoring of missions systems
* Experience capturing systems requirements, documenting in various formats, and leading design and development activities
* Experience supporting development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts
* Ability to work a shift schedule
* Ability to act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams
* Ability to provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* HS Diploma or GED Nice if You Have:
* Experience with cloud platforms including AWS
* Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python
* Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivelant technical field Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000 /year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of full paid medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
