Project Scheduler – Saint Inigoes, MD –
Full‑Time – Salary: $90k-$105k (experience dependent).

Work Location:

Hybrid remote/in‑office.
On‑site requirement: two days per week at Saint Inigoes, MD after training. Future schedules may change with additional client direction.

• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per‑project basis. Lead and guide technical staff and serve as a client contact if required.
• Support the GPL in setting project baselines by performing planning activities, defining WBSs, integrated and resource‑loaded, and detailed cost estimates; track and report key events; create spend plans; and generate project management and spend plans.
• Assist with monitoring and tracking project performance against established baselines; generate reports that support cost, schedule, and performance projections; support integrated schedule functions such as identifying variances and analyzing critical paths, resources, and dependencies to determine causes and possible mitigations.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting DoD projects and associated project management techniques; demonstrated experience in estimating project cost, collecting project data, analyzing and interpreting project status, and providing supporting documentation.
• Experience with key project management tools such as PMBOK, N‑ERP, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office; demonstrated experience with project risk management, risk documentation, and risk mitigation for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Technical or Business discipline.

• Experience with Business Objects, Shared Data Warehouse, PIEE, FAR, and FMR.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements include U.S. citizenship, security investigation, etc.
