$80,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
9/80 Schedule - Every Other Friday Off

• Develop and maintain automated test solutions for complex electronic and RF systems
• Create test software using LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python, VBA, or similar tools
• Design and implement automated acceptance testing processes
• Work hands-on with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and other RF test equipment
• Support product transition from engineering development into manufacturing
• Develop test procedures and documentation
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and test systems
• Partner with engineering teams to validate requirements and ensure product compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with automated test engineering in electronics or RF environments
• Programming experience in LabVIEW (preferred), C#, C++, Python, or VBA
• Strong troubleshooting skills across analog and digital systems
• Experience with RF test equipment and automated testing environments
• Ability to work in a hands-on, collaborative engineering setting
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
