Slot Technician

Slot Technicians are professionals who repair, maintain, and monitor the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices, including the physical moves of any related gaming equipment. Additionally, a slot technician will work with management to oversee the repair of machines by ordering parts and providing cost estimates.

Additional responsibilities include keeping detailed records of maintenance and up-to-date certifications. If you have a background in the technology industry and possess a keen understanding of computer software and hardware, this position is for you!

Compensation: $19.00/hr

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices on the casino floor and repair shop.
• Participate in the installation, movement, repair, and removal of electronic gaming devices.
• Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state and or internal regulations.
• Ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for guests of Live! Casino and Hotel by maintaining the gaming equipment at the top level of proper operation.
• Ensure interaction with guests is friendly, cooperative, and professional.

Must-Haves:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two (2) years of Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain the Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency license required for the position.

• Casino is over 300,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.
