• Ensure interactions with guests follow the Red Carpet Customer Service Program guidelines.
• Maintain a balanced cashier station.
• Process cash transactions for casino customers and employees, including cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, traveler’s checks, exchange currency, and cash advances.
• Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations.
• Enroll patrons into Players Club, issue club cards, and maintain accurate player tracking information. Assist the Marketing Department with promotions.
• Work the main bank as assigned.
• Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Comply with state, company, department policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21.
• Minimum one year of cashiering and heavy money‑handling experience.
• Ability to promptly and accurately follow instructions from a supervisor or manager.
• Must qualify for licensing by the Maryland Gaming Commission.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and able to bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
