$16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• Answering phone calls, On-Call duties after hours and on week-ends.
• Coordinate and organize appointments.
• Greeting customers over the phone.
• Fax, scan, and copy documents.
• Maintain office filing and storage systems.
• Paper and computer work.
• Calling customers.
• Managing many calls at once.
• Being able to talk with any customer.
• Understanding dispatching funnels.
• Managing company vehicle fleet.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent.
• Experience using Apple/Mac operating systems.
• Internet skills including use of e‑mails, group messaging and data collection.
• Numeracy and literacy skills.
• Previous office and sales experience (at least 1 year).
