Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships through outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Support the development of personalized financial strategies based on individual client situations
- Learn to present appropriate planning solutions including protection and investments to help clients meet long-term goals
- Work closely with your team and learn from experienced advisors through collaboration
- Stay up to date on financial concepts, industry tools, and planning best practices
- Maintain a strong commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and compliance guidelines
- Support clients’ progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations
- Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs
- Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
- Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor
- Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in financial services or sales (preferred)
- A strong understanding of financial planning, investment principles, and client service
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms
Preferred Licenses (or willingness to obtain):
- Life & Health Insurance License
- Series 7
- Series 66
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
- $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
