Supports the Program Manager for CAD/PAD with management of the life‑cycle execution. Supports and preserves financial integrity for funding received from government resource officers, sponsors, foreign military sales (FMS), working with private party (WWPP) participants, and other stakeholders.

The work conducted is concentrated on the formulation of budget estimates and program plans including compiling, presenting, and defending complex financial and business decisions before authorities, drafting delivery schedules and ensuring complete and accurate financial reporting to report out on financial decisions.

Maintain and analyze tools to make sound financial and business decisions to include recommending costs or program vector shifts; conducting benefits analysis of alternative methods and provide support to management of the CAD/PAD programs and operations by implementing acquisition and programmatic acumen expertise adherent to those legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets, internal controls and providing data and advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition as well as appropriate use of funds to support the organization’s activities.

Regularly interfaces with N98, N411, PMA
202 and PEO (U&W) headquarter offices.

Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and program management for defense or government contracting environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to compile and defend complex financial and business decisions.

Proven knowledge of acquisition and programmatic processes and internal controls.

The projected salary range for this position is $140,000‑$150,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
