Property Investment Advisor

Our client, a leading financial advisory firm specializing in real estate investments, is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Property Investment Advisor to join their practice in Queenstown, Eastern Cape
. This role involves providing expert guidance to individuals and entities looking to invest in the property market. You will be responsible for assessing client financial goals, identifying suitable investment opportunities, and developing tailored investment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of property market dynamics, investment principles, and financial planning, with a strong ability to translate complex information into actionable advice for clients in Queenstown and surrounding areas.

• Consult with clients to understand their financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance.
• Analyze market trends, property values, and economic indicators to identify viable investment opportunities.
• Develop personalized property investment strategies and portfolios for clients.
• Advise clients on various property investment vehicles, including direct ownership, REITs, and development projects.
• Assist clients in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties.
• Provide ongoing support and portfolio reviews to ensure investment goals are met.

• Proven expertise in property investment strategies and market analysis.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.
