• Provide skincare consultations and beauty treatments in line with brand protocols.
• Offer expert advice on skincare routines and product usage.
• Support product demonstrations and sampling events at the retail counters.
• Assist clients in finding products that best suit their skincare needs and lifestyle.
• Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness of tools and workstations.
• Stay updated on new launches, beauty trends, and brand guidelines.

• Completed G.C.E. Ordinary Level or higher, together with professional training in cosmetology or beauty therapy.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a beautician or skincare advisor.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Sinhala, Tamil or any other language is an advantage.
• Excellent grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and skilled at handling a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
