Compensation: Average manager earns $32–$38 per hour with tips, commission and bonuses.

Shift Information:

• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Flexible hours with consistent scheduling

Requirements:

• Valid Maryland Cosmetology or Barber License
• A passion for cutting men’s hair and providing an exceptional experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented, positive attitude, and professional work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback
