Licensed Massage Therapist- Timonium

The Licensed Massage Therapist position is located at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Timonium.

• Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
• Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
• Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars

• Average total compensation of $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours per week
• Base rate: $20 to $25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission: $5 to $9 per 50‑minute massage
• Tips average 18% to 25% of the non‑member price; credit‑card tips go directly to the therapist
• Average tip on base service: $20‑$30
• Hourly range: $42.00 – $57.00 per hour
