Job Summary

The Patient Service Representative provides clerical support for the Tidal Health physician office, coordinating communications, registering and greeting patients, and maintaining financial information under the direct supervision of the office supervisor.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of clerical/administrative experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting and medical terminology (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, practice management systems, and spreadsheets (preferred)
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
