Our proprietary 36-Stretch Protocol blends PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques
developed from over 50 years of hands-on experience to deliver real results. All sessions end with percussion therapy to enhance recovery and relaxation.

About the Role:

Stretch Med Kent Island is hiring motivated, fitness-minded professionals to join our fast-growing team at our brand-new studio in the heart of Kent Island, Maryland. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a purpose-driven wellness brand in a prime location.
No prior stretching experience is needed, we provide full training and certify you in our proprietary 36-Stretch Protocol.

Stretch Therapist applicants must have a certification, license, or degree in a related field such as Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy/Aide, Kinesiology, or a similar discipline.

As a Certified Stretch Therapist (CST), you'll deliver 25-70 minute 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions that help clients eliminate pain, increase mobility, and feel their best. You'll also communicate with clients and prospective clients to understand their needs, recommend memberships or recurring sessions, and contribute to the operational excellence of the studio.

• Stretch Therapy Deliver assisted stretch sessions; support client satisfaction and retention.
• Operational Support Supports the Management team with studio operations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with company policies, protocols, and standards set by the local franchise owner.
• Sales and Service Excellence Engage clients, contribute to sales growth, and help meet studio performance targets.
• Administrative Assistance Support daily tasks including client communication, cleanliness, scheduling, meetings, issue resolution, and supply management.
