Job Title:Clinical Fellow
Reports to:Supervising BCBA
Education:Completed or near completion of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Certification/License:BCBA candidate.
Summary:Providing leadership and training support for the Center Director/BCBA(s) in client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training. Ally Behavior Centers is a center‑based early intensive behavioral intervention program designed to help children with autism fulfill their potential. Our focus is on building communication, social, and adaptive skills and decreasing problem behaviors.
Essential Experience, Responsibilities, andSkills:
- Work 1:1 with clients for at least 20 hours per week.
- Support less senior staff (coach RBTs, provide materials, conduct IOA, treatment integrity checks, YMQI assessments, data collection).
- Assist with unrestricted activities: review data, conduct assessments, write assessment plans, update assessment grids, write new target goals, attend parent training, conduct functional assessments, produce behavior intervention plans, provide behavior skills training.
- Collaborate with team members in a positive professional manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Sound understanding of Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Position reserved for internal staff with a minimum of 90 days at Ally.
- Other duties assigned by Center Operations Manager and Center Director.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst candidate.
- Well‑rounded knowledge of ABA Principles.
- Ability to assess, treat, and problem‑solve behavior intervention and skill‑building programs.
- Attend all mandatory staff and team meetings.
- Maintain BACB Certification and relevant state licensure.
- Attend monthly trainings and professional development opportunities, as required.
- Complete Ally Behavior Centers specific and required trainings during initial 90‑day training period.
- Complete other trainings related to the field as assigned by supervisor.
- Sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, and hold objects.
- Lift 30 pounds.
- Implement PCM procedures when trained.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Punctuality / Professionalism.
- Receptiveness to professional feedback and openness to development.
- Programming consistent with Ally philosophy.
- Consistently meet 20‑hour billable target weekly.
- Accurately record data in Central Reach and submit SOAP notes timely.
$46,000 - $46,400 per year
