Schedule: Monday – Friday (3 Shifts per Day)

Shift 1: Morning Shift — 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Shift 2: Evening Shift — 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Shift 3: Night Shift — 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Development Services (CDS) and Residential Services
. In this role, you will support individuals in engaging with their communities, developing essential life skills, personal care and achieving personal goals in a structured and person-centered manner.

• Assisting with personal hygiene care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Administering Medication
• Feeding and preparing meals
• Performing cleaning and light house chores
• Facilitate community-based activities that promote independence and social engagement
• Support individuals in developing communication, self-advocacy, employment readiness, and independent living skills
• Encourage and assist with volunteering, social groups, and recreational activities
• Implement individualized service plans (ISPs) to help individuals reach their goals
• Provide transportation to and from community activities as needed
  
  Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all individuals supported
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in human services is a plus)
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and meet pre-employment requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification, CMT, Mandt Training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
