• Cognitive & behavioral support: gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
• Personal care: assistance with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
• Home safety & housekeeping: maintenance of a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid and active MD Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle
