Location: Edgewater
Role:
Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities:Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver individualized physical therapy, and collaborate with team members. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve physical abilities. Focus on patient-centered care to restore, reinforce, and enhance mobility and overall wellness.
Qualifications & Skills:- Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the practice state(s).
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent; or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
- Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
Provide personalized therapy services, adapt to patient needs, refer to specialists when necessary, and support patients' recovery journey. Be a compassionate team player committed to enhancing patient outcomes through clinical expertise and education.
