Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead its team and oversee day-to-day operations.

• Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility

• Provide leadership and support to department heads and facility staff

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator strongly preferred

• Skilled nursing/long‑term care experience required
