Aramark is looking for a Catering Manager to join the team in Catterick, Yorkshire.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
We’re looking for a temporary Catering Manager to take charge of our catering operations — ensuring top-quality food, outstanding customer service and smooth day-to-day running.
In this role, you’ll oversee the planning and coordination of all catering services, manage budgets and supplier relationships and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards. You’ll also lead and inspire a dedicated team, driving excellence across every aspect of the service.
** Security clearance is essential. To be considered for this position, you must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years.**

- Lead and coordinate daily catering operations and events, ensuring high standards and contract compliance
- Deliver excellent food quality and presentation
- Manage and motivate catering staff, including recruitment, training and scheduling
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle client feedback professionally
- Oversee budgets, stock control and supplier relationships
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations
- Proven experience in large catering or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g. HACCP)
- Budgeting and cost control experience
