- Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
- Oversee daily operations including room assignments, staffing levels, productivity, and quality inspections.
- Ensure rooms are guest‑ready in alignment with brand standards, occupancy demands, and arrival patterns.
- Partner closely with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless communication regarding room status, maintenance issues, and guest requests.
- Monitor inventory levels, linen programs, amenities, and supplies to ensure efficiency and cost control.
- Train and reinforce safety, sanitation, and brand compliance standards, including OSHA and chemical handling protocols.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning service recovery moments into loyalty‑building experiences.
- Support budgeting, labor management, and productivity metrics while balancing quality and team well‑being.
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and respect within the housekeeping team.
- A people‑first leader who believes great results come from supported and respected teams.
- Detail‑driven, organized, and proactive, with a strong eye for quality and consistency.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing hotel environment.
- Experienced in housekeeping leadership; prior supervisory or management experience required.
- Comfortable managing labor, schedules, and operational metrics.
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across departments.
- Physically able to perform inspections and support the team as needed.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
