Housekeeping Floor Supervisor – Live Hotel – Maryland

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is looking for a dedicated Floor Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, inspect rooms and public areas, and guide team members to deliver exceptional service.

Minimum Compensation: $37,440.00 per year

Maximum Compensation: $44,928.00 per year

As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll maintain accurate records, enforce safety protocols, and foster a positive work environment, playing a key role in creating a welcoming, four‑diamond experience for every guest at Live! Casino & Hotel.

• Supervise assigned floors and ensure all rooms, hallways, and lobbies meet Live! Casino & Hotel standards.
• Maintain records of repairs needed, lost and found items, and quality of work; report repairs and prepare service calls for maintenance.
• Complete room status reports in the morning and afternoon; forward them to the Housekeeping office.
• Inspect rooms daily to ensure service levels meet quality standards.
• Counsel and discipline employees that violate department policies through progressive counseling guidelines.
• Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction and training.
• Manage delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core values.
• Conduct daily briefings and instruct employees on products used for cleaning in accordance with OSHA Right to Know standards.
• Respond to emergency situations.

• Effective communication in English; foreign language an advantage.
• Problem‑solving with guests and operational issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Leadership and mentoring of a team.

• High confidentiality regarding guests and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.

• Lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs.
• Carrying up to 15 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, walking, standing; occasional sitting and climbing stairs.
