The Django Host warmly welcomes and helps align expectations with the jazz experience we offer. Proficiency in multi-tasking while clearly communicating with guests and team members effectively. Ability to understand guests’ preferences, both implied and explicit. Portrays an interest in the current NYC jazz scene and a general understanding of jazz history. Remains calm and collected under pressure.

• Answer phones and questions regarding the bar and lounge hours, service, availability, and make reservations.
• Communicate with the band leaders to ensure they receive checks and drink tickets.
• Django, Prep areas, Kitchen, Box Office, Marquee signage.
• Under variable temperature conditions.

Hourly ($23.00 Per Hour)
