Location: Chesapeake Beach
A local resort is seeking a Guest Services Associate to provide excellent customer service and manage reservations. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling requests, and being knowledgeable about resort amenities and local attractions. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and preferably some front desk experience within the hospitality industry. Flexibility in scheduling is a must, including availability for early mornings and weekends.
