Guest Experience Lead: Wow Our Guests Hospitality

We are on a mission to bring hospitality back to McDonald’s. Our guests join us on their terms; some use the drive thru, others use delivery or the mobile app. Those who visit us in the restaurant deserve the best experience, whether they use our front counter or the kiosk. This role is our hospitality ambassador, where you’ll interact with our guests to ensure they feel welcome and taken care of when they stop inside.

It doesn’t stop there, though – you’ll also interact with our Drive-Thru and curbside guests, to deliver world class hospitality.

The position is the main driver of all things “hospitality” on the shift. You will engage with our guests in the dining room, drive-thru and curbside. You will make our delivery drivers feel like guests as well. You’ll lead the effort to make our guests feel comfortable with our digital tools and kiosks while delivering the personal touch. This is a front-facing role and we are looking for outgoing, vibrant hospitality champions to fill it.

Generally, but not always, this role is scheduled for our busiest peak hours – this makes it a great part time role.

This role is vital to the guest experience because you’ll:

• Lead the HOSPITALITY experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves
• Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction
• Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Be in the know: Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
