We are seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist with the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and events. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step toward a Food & Beverage management career
.

You’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and management team while gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations, banquet and event execution, team leadership, guest relations, and revenue-focused initiatives.

• Assist with daily restaurant and bar operations and lead service teams during assigned shifts.
• Help oversee weddings, banquets, and special events from setup through breakdown.
• Lead and coach team members while maintaining high service standards.
• Address guest needs and ensure a memorable resort experience.
• Partner with culinary, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless events.
• Support upselling and other initiatives designed to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Step into a leadership role when the F&B Director or other managers are unavailable.

• 2+ Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or banquet experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• A positive, hands-on leadership style and strong communication skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a physically active environment
